Lab Operations Technician- Pharma (Onsite- New Brunswick, NJ)

12-month contract (extensions possible) in New Brunswick, NJ. W2 role with Stage 4 Solutions; 40 hours per week, 100% onsite.

Responsibilities

• Learn and follow lab-specific procedures and policies.
• Provide customer service to end users and collaborate to ensure timely completion of objectives.
• Operate and maintain laboratory instrumentation including pipettes, balances, centrifuges, flow cytometers, and other analytical equipment.
• Perform routine preventative maintenance on lab equipment; troubleshoot and repair issues as needed.
• Schedule and escort vendors for repairs, maintenance, calibrations, and installations per company policy.
• Plan and schedule monthly vendor maintenance and calibrations to meet completion KPIs.
• Complete and review documentation for completeness using Good Documentation Practices (GDocP).
• Apply 5S organization standards to optimize laboratory organization.
• Manage general maintenance of the CTDO laboratories.
• Check, rotate, order, and stock consumable inventory within the lab environment.
• Manage supply chain inventory and ordering of consumables.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in a pharmaceutical lab environment.
• 2+ years of experience in a GXP environment.
• Experience scheduling vendors, calibration maintenance, and reviewing contracts.
• Associate degree required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
