Lab/Data Center Technician

About the role

Our client is seeking a qualified Lab / Data Center Technician to join their team onsite in Chandler, AZ and provide support.

Responsibilities

• Standing up dev environments (Linux & Windows)
• Installing and configuring software
• Running tests and collecting/documenting performance data
• Packing, organizing, and shipping demo equipment

Requirements

• Knowledge of Windows and Linux (intermediate level)
• Knowledge of OS installation and configuration
• Knowledge of basic networking fundamentals
• Knowledge of Container basics (Docker)
• Knowledge of Kubernetes deployments (entry-level/intermediate)
• Experience with Client or industrial manufacturing software is a plus
• No programming knowledge needed but should be able to do basic administrative setup
• Attention to detail with hardware handling
• Comfortable with hands-on lab work
• Basic understanding of Process Automation or Motion Control
• Exposure to SoftPLC (nice to have, NOT required)
• Willingness to learn industrial/OT environment tools
• Must be authorized to work in the United States without the need for current or future employer sponsorship
• W2 employment only, no Corp to Corp

Pay

The rate for this position is between $22.35 - $29.80 per hour, unless local minimum wage is higher. Factors which may affect starting pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
