Responsibilities
The Laboratory Coordinator functions as a professional who has evidence of knowledge within their assigned area of the laboratory. Leads and participates in quality assurance, performance improvement, laboratory education, new employee training and coordinating efforts within their assigned area. The nature of job duties within this job description may vary and is dependent upon the need of the individual laboratory. Specific job duties should be reviewed under the specific coordinator role.
Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Preferred: Experience working in the clinical laboratory setting
