L2 Support Technician

About the role

TEKsystems is looking for a Tier 2 Desktop Support technician responsible for managing laptop imaging via Intune Autopilot, configuring mobile devices for Intune MDM/MAM, and resolving connectivity issues such as VPN access. The position requires collaboration with internal teams and external vendors, ownership of projects, and creation of clear technical and user-facing documentation. Success in this role demands strong customer advocacy, adherence to SLA/KPI standards, and a proactive, data-driven approach to problem-solving.

Responsibilities

• Manage laptop imaging via Intune Autopilot
• Configure mobile devices for Intune MDM/MAM
• Resolve connectivity issues including VPN access
• Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors
• Own projects end-to-end
• Create clear technical and user-facing documentation
• Maintain adherence to SLA/KPI standards
• Provide strong customer advocacy
• Apply proactive, data-driven problem-solving

Requirements

• Desktop support experience
• JAMF proficiency
• Troubleshooting expertise
• macOS / Apple ecosystem knowledge

Job type & location

Contract position based in Cottonwood Heights, UT. Fully onsite.

Pay

$28.00 – $31.00 per hour. Individual compensation within this range depends on qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other job-related factors.
