The Strategic Investment Office (SIO) is a program within the Information Technology department reporting directly to the Chief Information Officer. Within the SIO program, is the Business Analysis Office (BAO), which is responsible for effective planning and execution of IT projects in collaboration with the Project Management Office (PMO). The BAO consists of IT Business Analysts defining systems scope, design and objectives based on business needs and technical requirements ensuring a solution achieves successful technology outcomes. As an IT Business Analyst (IT BA) Journey, you will provide business and system analysis for all applications and projects within IT and perform some project coordination activities for smaller projects.
