Job Summary
Responsibilities
- Assess and coordinate L&D needs for nursing staff within assigned unit.
- Design and deliver evidence-based training modules for RNs and support staff.
- Track training metrics to meet department and organizational targets.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and accreditation requirements in training.
- Assess learner progress and provide timely, constructive feedback.
- Facilitate onboarding programs for new nursing hires and contract staff.
- Collaborate with clinical leads to identify gaps and tailor development plans.
- Deliver high-visibility reports to leadership on learning outcomes and ROI.
- Use data-driven insights to optimize training pipelines and territory-specific growth.
- Maintain up-to-date training materials aligned with best practices in nursing.
- Cook up high-visibility reports on learning outcomes to senior leadership.
Requirements
- RN with active license and clinical background in nursing education.
- Design and deliver evidence-based L&D modules for RNs and staff.
- Track training metrics and provide ROI-focused reporting to leadership.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and accreditation training standards.
