Kristan Gibson, O.D. is a therapeutic optometrist specializing in routine family eye care, including pediatric eye examinations and eye surgery co-management. He is a skilled contact lens practitioner with expertise in hard-to-fit lenses, such as contacts for astigmatism and presbyopia (multifocals). Dr. Gibson is dedicated to improving and maintaining good vision for you and your family.
Education & Background
Dr. Gibson received his undergraduate degree from the University of Central Florida in Orlando. He then attended NOVA Southeastern University in Florida to earn his Doctor of Optometry. After graduation, he lived and worked in Florida for two years before joining Coastal Eye Associates in 2008.
Born and raised in the Panama Canal Zone, Dr. Gibson enjoys returning home as often as possible to visit family. His hobbies include water-related activities such as fishing, SCUBA diving, spearfishing, wakeboarding, and canoeing/kayaking.
