Description Doota US is seeking a Korean Field Document Administrator to support the Samsung project in Taylor, Texas. This position will be responsible for organizing, maintaining, editing, and managing field documentation and project data while serving as a communication bridge between Korean-speaking and English-speaking teams. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, bilingual in Korean and English, and experienced in document control within a construction, engineering, manufacturing, or industrial environment. Key Responsibilities Organize, maintain, and manage field documents, records, and project files.Ensure project documentation is accurate, up to date, and properly distributed.Track and maintain document revisions, approvals, and project records.Coordinate document flow between project teams, contractors, vendors, and clients.Translate documents, emails, and project communications between Korean and English as needed.Support project meetings by preparing reports, meeting notes, and documentation.Monitor document control processes and ensure compliance with project requirements.Assist with collecting, filing, and organizing project data from field personnel.Maintain electronic and hard-copy records in accordance with company procedures.Generate reports and provide administrative support to project management teams.Communicate effectively with Korean managers, engineers, and field personnel. Requirements Bilingual in Korean and English (written and verbal). High School Diploma or GED required. Strong organizational and document management skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint. Excellent attention to detail and accuracy. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Preferred Qualifications Associate or bachelor's degree in business administration, Project Management, Engineering, or a related field. Experience in document control, project administration, or office administration. Experience supporting construction, semiconductor, manufacturing, engineering, or industrial projects. Familiarity with document management systems and project databases. Experience preparing reports, tracking project documentation, and managing records. Knowledge of project coordination and administrative processes. Physical Requirements Ability to sit, stand, and walk throughout the workday.Ability to work in both office and field environments.Ability to occasionally visit active construction areas while wearing required PPE.
