Knowledge Management Analyst

About the role

You’ll be trusted to advance DoD and Service level initiatives by developing DM and KM operating procedures, authoritative standards, and workflows. While translating business requirements into technical solutions, you’ll work closely with key stakeholders and other technical specialists to implement innovative roadmaps and architectures that will enable better collaboration and alignment of people, processes, and technology.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain SharePoint applications according to Microsoft best practices
• Work independently in a customer-facing knowledge management role
• Evaluate and reengineer business processes
• Develop applications using the SharePoint Framework (SPFx) and JSON
• Provide customer service, including stakeholder collaboration
• Translate business requirements into technical solutions

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience creating SharePoint applications according to Microsoft best practices
• 4+ years of experience working independently in a customer-facing knowledge management role
• 4+ years of experience with business process evaluation and reengineering
• Experience with Microsoft Power Suite of tools, including Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI
• Ability to provide customer service, including stakeholder collaboration
• Secret clearance

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree
• Knowledge of DoD security protocols
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Microsoft Power Platform Certification

Pay

The projected compensation range for this position is $86,800.00 to $198,000.00 (annualized USD).

Schedule

This role is available full-time and part-time, with the option to work remotely, at a Booz Allen facility, or at a customer facility, depending on the position type.
