Kitchens Warehouse Material Handler (2nd Shift)

Primary responsibilities

• Unloading delivery trucks
• Interacting with our MES software to update inventory for the receipts
• Putting away received goods into the racking using forklifts
• Managing FEFO (First Expired First Out) on all products for the facility
• Interact with handheld scanners to ship finished product to our Distribution Center
• Deliver product to fast paced production lines using forklifts/powered pallet jacks
• General housekeeping for warehouse & facility grounds
• Finished inventory cycle counts

Qualifications

• Willing to learn and perform a variety of job tasks
• Work well with others
• Possess basic math aptitude
• Read, understand and interpret numbers
• Cycle count ingredients on a schedule
• Maintain cleanliness of the kitchen areas
• Work in a fast paced environment ; work in a safety conscious environment
• Work up to 10+ hours
• Prior material handling or forklift experience is a plus, but not required

Physical qualifications

• Lift/carry up to 60 pounds to 60 inches
• Lift/carry 40 pounds to 76 inches
• Push/pull 60 pounds of force
• Bend, twist, reach, stoop frequently
• Work in varying -20 – 44 degree F temperatures

Benefits

• Minimum starting rate of pay: $19.53 per hour
• Weekend Premium Pay: additional $3.00 an hour between the hours of 7:30pm Friday and 5:00am Monday
