Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain the dish machine and glass washer in the main kitchen
• Clean and maintain all concession stands to meet or exceed local Health Department standards
• Follow a thorough deep-cleaning schedule for the kitchen, concession stands, and all other F&B areas
• Assist in the preparation, staging, and execution of concession and banquet events, including placement of portable bars and stands
• Support the culinary team in prepping and plating banquet events
• Clean and maintain F&B’s warehouse (dry and cold storage)
• Drive the company truck to transport designated product for offsite banquets and concession events
• Support safety and accident prevention plans as directed by the company and functional leader
• Store equipment in pre-designated areas and perform minor maintenance on setup/breakdown equipment
• Uphold company appearance standards and present oneself as a credit to the company
• Perform all other related and compatible duties as assigned

Requirements

• Ability to be trained on heavy chemicals (degreasers, etc.) and floor machines
• Ability to be trained in all safety aspects of the position
• Ability to work independently and follow a cleaning schedule
• Ability to operate equipment safely and effectively
• High level of integrity and recognition of standards required by a regulated business
• Neat, well-groomed, professional appearance adhering to company standards
• Compliance with departmental, company, regulatory, governmental, and safety requirements
• Ability to climb ladders
• Ability to stand for long periods
• Physical mobility with reasonable accommodations, including:
  • Lifting up to 50 lbs.
  • Pushing, pulling, reaching, bending, twisting, stooping, and stacking
  • Running on level surfaces and up/down stairs
