Kitchen Steward (Grave shift)

General Accountabilities

• Clean dish room, plateware, and kitchen areas
• Stock plateware and silverware to all restaurant venues
• Perform periodic maintenance and cleaning of dish machine
• Empty trash bins, collect, and remove waste
• Supplies dishware to food preparation stations and removes soiled dishware
• Maintain cleanliness of work area at all times
• Perform miscellaneous duties as assigned
• Maintain organization and proper rack stacking
• Operate dish machine safely

Qualifications

• Six months to one-year experience in housekeeping, janitorial, and stewarding preferred
• Great organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to stand, lift, walk, bend, and stoop throughout shift
• Commitment to safety guidelines
• Excels both independently and as part of a team
