Kitchen Steward

About the role

Kitchen Stewards assist in the execution of a dynamic menu, preparing creative dishes from soups to sushi and plating dishes for guests in our dining rooms.

Responsibilities

• Prepares creative dishes from soups to sushi
• Plates dishes for guests in dining rooms
• May assist with food service operations

Requirements

• Must be comfortable with frequent lifting
• Eligible to work in the US without sponsorship
• Live within 45 minutes of Epic's Campus in Verona, WI or be willing to relocate

Qualifications

• Some culinary experience preferred

• Strong organizational skills
• Ability to lift heavy items
