Responsibilities

• Helping deliver unforgettable experiences and seamless service through cleaning, maintaining, and sanitizing glassware, silverware, kitchen equipment, and kitchen production areas.
• Maintaining cleanliness of all major kitchen equipment, Food & Beverage facilities.
• Cleaning and sanitizing pots, pans, kitchen utensils, and keeping chinaware, glassware, silverware, and kitchen equipment in stellar condition.
• Polishing silverware and ensuring it is always guest-ready.
• Stocking kitchen with adequate cleaning supplies, chinaware, cooking equipment, and supplies.
• Picking up and disposing of trash, cardboard, compost etc. in all Food & Beverage areas, including the Employee Cafeteria.
• Preparing kitchen and ensuring adequate chinaware, silverware, kitchen utensils etc. are ready for the next shift.

Qualifications

• Prior stewarding experience preferred.
• Good attitude and ability to work as a team.
• Strive for excellence in an eager and motivated manner.
• Possess the ability to work under pressure and multi-task.
• The flexibility to work night, weekend, and holiday shifts.
• Great communication – warm, welcoming, and easy to talk to.
• Exceptional skills.
• Valid Food handler’s card.
