Responsibilities: Conduct in-home and showroom sales consultations with prospective kitchen remodeling clientsPresent and recommend kitchen remodeling solutions including cabinet refacing, redooring, and custom cabinetryDevelop and nurture a pipeline of leads through referrals, follow-ups, and community networkingPrepare accurate project estimates, proposals, and contracts for clientsCollaborate with the production team to ensure seamless project handoffs and customer satisfactionMeet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and revenue goalsMaintain up-to-date knowledge of product offerings, trends, and competitor services in the kitchen remodeling industry Requirements: Proven experience in sales, preferably in home improvement, remodeling, or a related industryStrong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-first mindsetDesigns to show prospective buyers what their remodel will look and feel likeAbility to read and interpret basic design plans or project specifications is a plusSelf-motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable working independentlyProficiency with CRM software and basic computer applicationsValid driver's license and reliable transportation for in-home consultationsHigh school diploma or equivalent required; additional education in sales or design is a bonus About Us: We are a locally owned franchise of the nationally recognized brand, proudly serving homeowners across the Niceville, FL area.
