About the role

Lucky 32 Southern Kitchen, Print Works Bistro, Green Valley Grill, O.Henry Hotel, and Proximity Hotel are seeking talented individuals to join their teams.

Responsibilities

  • Cooking meals according to recipes and guidelines
  • Prepares food items from scratch using fresh ingredients
  • Ensures food safety and quality standards are met
  • Follows food preparation and service procedures
  • Assists with cleaning and maintaining kitchen equipment and work areas
  • May assist with front-of-house tasks such as greeting guests and taking orders

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Experience in a similar position preferred
  • Ability to follow instructions and work independently
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new procedures and technologies

Qualifications

  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation may be required for some positions
  • Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
  • Knowledge of health and sanitation regulations

Skills

  • Proficiency in using kitchen equipment and tools
  • Good communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
