About the role
The Pump Kitchen Manager oversees kitchen operations at the Pump & Pantry location, ensuring high-quality food service across multiple brands.
Responsibilities
- Ordering supplies
- Executing the food production plan
- Maintaining a clean and organized kitchen
- Ensuring food safety compliance
- Training staff for efficient and profitable services
- Assists with other duties as assigned
Requirements
- Minimum of six months food handling or food service experience
- Positive, enthusiastic attitude
- Flexibility and adaptability to change as needed
- Strong communication skills
- Professional appearance and attire
- Availability to work holidays, weekends, and any other required shift(s)
- Reliable transportation and phone access
- Ability to communicate in English
- Ability to work cooperatively with team members
Qualifications
- Proficient in reading and following product specifications
- Physical requirements include lifting up to 50 lbs., standing for long periods, walking, using hands and fingers, handling or feeling, reaching with hands and arms, talking and hearing, sitting, climbing or balancing, stooping, kneeling, crouching or crawling
