- Manage assigned Systems, including Training, Food Safety, and Inventory Management.
- Set goals, delegate tasks, follow up, and report results to the team and other managers.
- Make sure the restaurant delivers great quality food to customers, ensuring food is always safe and food costs are controlled.
- Train kitchen staff in production procedures, including new menu items.
Requirements
- Previous managerial experience, preferably within a restaurant, retail, or hospitality environment.
- Positive team player with flexible schedules and a passion for the fast-paced McDonald’s environment.
- Must be 18 years or older to be considered for this role.
