Key Responsibilities
- Ensure accurate deliveries, stocking and setting up kitchen stations.
- Assist in prepping food for all locations on the property.
- Plate food in a consistent and presentable manner.
- Work together with the entire F&B staff to complete accurate orders in a timely manner.
- Follow all proper hygiene and food safety standards.
- Perform other duties as required.
Minimum Qualifications
- High school or equivalent (Preferred).
- Restaurant experience: Will train.
- Regular and reliable attendance.
- Positive attitude, attention to detail, and team work are highly valued in this position.
- Working in a fast-paced environment.
- Handling hot equipment and cleaning chemicals.
- Must be able to work weekends.
Other Qualifications
- Serv Safe Certified preferred.
- Have or willing to obtain Food Handlers Certificate.
