Key Responsibilities

• Prepare Buddy’s award-winning dough to specifications that consistently exceed guest expectations.
• Provide co-workers with the materials needed to produce a high-quality product quickly and efficiently for our Guests.
• Ensure the preparation of items is exactly to Buddy’s specifications, which is crucial to the prep person’s role.

Qualifications

• High energy, capable of keeping up with the pace of the restaurant and the team.
• Dependable team player with a successful record of work attendance.
• Ability to listen and communicate effectively.
• Ability to stand or walk for extended periods of time.
• Ability to reach, lift, bend, and carry heavy objects.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Must adhere to Buddy’s uniform policy and standards.
• Flexibility to work varied shifts including nights and weekends.

Physical & Safety Requirements

• Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) is provided and required to be used as necessary.
• Follow health and safety guidelines.
• Able to read food orders rung into the kitchen.
• Able to lift 40 pounds comfortably.
• Able to reach, lift, bend, and carry heavy objects.
