About the role
We are seeking a Kitchen & Bath Dealer Sales Representative to grow our Kitchen & Bath Dealer segment within a defined sales territory. This role involves managing day-to-day sales activities, building client relationships, and positioning Richelieu as a trusted business advisor. Responsibilities
- Identify key major account opportunities within the Kitchen & Bath Dealer segment to drive substantial sales growth.
- Schedule and conduct face-to-face and virtual meetings with new and existing customers to understand their business needs and demonstrate how Richelieu’s product solutions can enhance their results.
- Maintain accountability for territory growth through new customer acquisition and development of existing relationships.
- Analyze past buying patterns of current accounts and strategize ways to become their stronger, more inclusive supplier.
- Provide exceptional customer service, positioning yourself as their preferred one-stop-shop.
- Stay current on Richelieu’s product offerings, market conditions, and competitive landscape.
- Manage system information and reporting in CRM applications.
Requirements
- Successful experience in solutions/consultative-based outside sales, preferably within the Kitchen & Bath dealer segment.
- Passionate, proactive, and coachable with a strong work ethic.
- Ability to manage your own time effectively and deliver results-driven activities.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Developed analytical, planning, organizing, and monitoring skills.
- Experience with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software is an asset.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook) for daily tasks.
- This position may occasionally involve lifting, pushing, or carrying items up to 50 pounds.
University degree preferred, but not required.
Pay
Total annual earnings (base pay + commission) for the first 1–2 years are estimated at $70,000–$95,000, with no cap on commissions. Earnings potential increases over time.
