Responsibilities Plan and deliver engaging, developmentally appropriate lessons aligned with curriculum standards.Foster early literacy, mathematics, science, and social studies skills through hands-on, interactive learning.Create a classroom environment that encourages curiosity, creativity, kindness, and independence.Integrate Catholic values and faith into daily instruction and classroom life.Differentiate instruction to meet the needs of all learners.Build strong relationships with students, parents, and colleagues through open and consistent communication.Assess student progress and use data to guide instruction.Collaborate with grade-level teachers, specialists, and administration to support student success.Maintain a positive, organized, and welcoming classroom. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Elementary Education or a related field.Pennsylvania Teaching Certification (or ability to obtain certification).Strong classroom management and organizational skills.Passion for early childhood education and child development.Excellent communication and collaboration skills.Commitment to the mission and values of Catholic education.
