Kids Outreach Leader

Responsibilities

• Identify target apartment communities with high refugee populations
• Develop a strategic plan for regular outreach
• Clock scheduling and leading volunteer teams
• Planning outreach events and activities
• Leading engaging programs for kids
• Maintaining clear communication with GoTEN leadership

Qualifications

• Experience with children's ministry or cross-cultural outreach is a plus
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
