Kids Club Team Member (Part-Time)

About the Role

As a Kids Club Team Member, you will create “Real Life Magic” for guests within the Kids Club. Kids Club Coordinators oversee activities and day-to-day operations, maintaining a fun and safe environment for guests and associates.

Responsibilities

• Ensure child safety
• Operate Kids Club activities
• Answer phone calls and book guests for Kids Club offerings
• Check guests in and out
• Oversee the Kids Club Pool and arcade
• Assist managers in special programs and events
• Lead guest interactions with a positive attitude
• Facilitate activities while supervising assigned children
• Assist guests and associates with basic daycare/childcare duties
• Perform other job duties as assigned

Requirements

• Friendly and outgoing personality
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to stand for up to 8 hours at a time
• Fluent in English
• High school education or equivalent preferred
• High energy level and proper physical condition
• Ability to pass a background check
• Prior childcare experience preferred
