Team Member (Part-Time)

Role Overview: The Team Member at Tropical Smoothie Café is responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, preparing and serving food and smoothies, and maintaining a clean and organized café environment. Key Responsibilities Interact with customers, team members, and vendors, embodying core values of hospitality and integrity.Prepare ingredients, assemble, and serve food and smoothies according to standards.Follow sanitation practices and safety policies to ensure a clean and secure environment.Operate the register accurately, handle cash, and manage customer orders.Set up and monitor workstations, organize the café, and perform additional duties as needed for smooth operations. Qualifications & Skills Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 50 pounds regularly.Strong communication skills and positive attitude to handle fast-paced conditions.Capability to multi-task, stay organized, and provide excellent customer service.Physical stamina for continuous movement and interaction in a dynamic environment.
