Team Member (Part-Time)

Role Overview

The Team Member at Tropical Smoothie Café is responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, preparing and serving food and smoothies, and maintaining a clean and organized café environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Interact with customers, team members, and vendors, embodying core values of hospitality and integrity.
• Prepare ingredients, assemble, and serve food and smoothies according to standards.
• Follow sanitation practices and safety policies to ensure a clean and secure environment.
• Operate the register accurately, handle cash, and manage customer orders.
• Set up and monitor workstations, organize the café, and perform additional duties as needed for smooth operations.

Qualifications & Skills

• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 50 pounds regularly.
• Strong communication skills and positive attitude to handle fast-paced conditions.
• Capability to multi-task, stay organized, and provide excellent customer service.
• Physical stamina for continuous movement and interaction in a dynamic environment.
