Kids Club Site Lead - Full-Time (12-Month) - Little Kids Club Program

Position Summary

The Kids' Club Site Lead is responsible for supporting and advancing the Edina Public Schools' mission, vision, and core values. This role assists program specialists in supervising Kids' Club Leads and ensuring the safe operation of the site.

Education And Experience Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent and one (1) year of related work experience is required.
• The following certifications and training are required upon hire or within six months of employment:
• CPR
• First Aid
• Crisis Prevention Intervention (CPI)
• DHS Certification

Compensation & Benefits

• Salary Range: $20.76 to $25.85 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications.
• New hires typically start at the entry-level rate within the wage range, while candidates with relevant experience may be placed at a higher starting rate.
