Keyholder-Team Lead
Uptown Cheapskate is a retail fashion exchange selling everything from GUCCI to GAP. Our target audience is young adults, and we offer a wide selection of brands and styles in a boutique-like environment that makes second-hand shopping comfortable and appealing.
About the role
Fashion Shift Lead / Keyholder is a flexible on-site role that supports daily store operations. You’ll supervise team members, perform opening and closing procedures, and ensure an organized, welcoming sales floor. The role also helps oversee the buying process by evaluating incoming clothing and accessories, pricing items, and maintaining inventory standards aligned with brand guidelines.
Responsibilities
- Supervise and assist team members
- Perform opening and closing procedures
- Evaluate, price, and process incoming clothing and accessories
- Maintain inventory standards and brand guidelines
- Provide excellent customer service
- Assist with visual merchandising
- Resolve customer concerns
- Monitor sales performance and support promotional activities
- Partner with store leadership to maintain a safe, inclusive, and efficient work environment
Requirements
- Experience in retail or resale fashion
- High level of customer service, cash handling, and store operations knowledge
- Leadership skills with the ability to train, motivate, and support team members in a diverse, inclusive environment
- Interest in fashion trends and sustainable resale practices, with an eye for quality, style, and brand recognition
- Clear, professional communication skills
- Comfort with basic technology and point-of-sale systems; willingness to learn store-specific software
- Availability for days, evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
- Previous supervisory experience is a plus
- Buy-Sell-Trade experience is appreciated

Pay
$13.50 - $18.50 per hour
Locations: Cypress, TX and The Woodlands, TX stores.
