About the Role

Fashion Shift Lead / Keyholder, flexible on-site role. This role supports daily store operations, including supervising team members, opening and closing procedures, and ensuring an organized, welcoming sales floor. The Keyholder helps oversee the buying process by evaluating incoming clothing and accessories, pricing items, and maintaining inventory standards aligned with brand guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Buying, opening, and closing procedures
• Assisting staff and providing excellent customer service
• Visual merchandising
• Resolving customer concerns
• Monitoring sales performance and supporting promotional activities
• Partnering with store leadership to maintain a safe, inclusive, and efficient work environment

Requirements

• Experience in retail or resale fashion is a must
• High level of customer service, cash handling, and store operations
• Leadership skills with the ability to train, motivate, and support team members in a diverse, inclusive environment
• Interest in fashion trends and sustainable resale practices, with an eye for quality, style, and brand recognition
• Clear, professional communication skills
• Comfort with basic technology and point-of-sale systems; willingness to learn store-specific software
• Availability days, evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed

Qualifications

• Previous supervisory experience is a plus
• Buy-Sell-Trade experience is appreciated
