Keyholder

About the role

As a Keyholder at Torrid, you’ll provide support and assistance to the store management team by performing daily store opening and closing operations while delivering an amazing shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

• Partner with the management team to ensure the store achieves company objectives and KPI goals.
• Set the example for The Torrid Connection through selling skills and customer service, fostering positive customer connections and loyalty.
• Support the management team in implementing merchandise strategies and maintaining a clean, consistent, and inviting store environment.
• Perform register functions using sales, promotion, and product knowledge to drive add-on sales.
• Assume responsibility for all store operations as acting Manager on Duty when store management is absent.
• Work a flexible schedule inclusive of holidays, nights, and weekends.

Requirements

• Previous specialty or apparel retail management experience, preferably in a similar role, with a proven ability to lead teams and drive sales performance.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a strong commitment to customer experience.
• Flexibility and adaptability to changing retail and fashion trends, job duties, and work schedules.
• Fashion-focused with awareness of current trends.

Physical Requirements

• Able to stand and walk around during scheduled shifts.
• Able to pack and unpack shipments, arrange and move store fixtures, and handle packages weighing up to 50 pounds.
• Able to reach for merchandise using ladders, step stools, merchandise retrieving poles, or shoe poles.
