About the role
The Key Holder supports store leadership in daily operations and ensures a strong guest experience on the sales floor. This role acts as manager-on-duty when needed, supports team performance, and helps drive sales while maintaining brand and operational standards.
Responsibilities
- Deliver a high-level guest experience through product knowledge and customization support
- Actively sell on the floor and support the team in achieving daily sales goals
- Drive KPIs including conversion, AOV, and units per transaction
- Greet and engage every guest, introducing the brand and product offering
- Handle guest concerns with professionalism and a solutions-oriented approach
- Support visual merchandising and maintain store presentation standards
- Restock inventory and maintain an organized sales floor
- Assist with inventory tasks including receiving, processing, and stock management
- Maintain a clean and organized back-of-house environment
- Support clienteling efforts to build and maintain guest relationships
- Assist with events, trunk shows, and community outreach initiatives
- Provide direction and support to team members during shifts
- Open and close the store and act as manager-on-duty in the absence of leadership
Requirements
- Retail experience, preferably in a fast-paced environment
- Strong passion for guest experience and sales
- Ability to support and guide team members
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Clear communication and ability to manage priorities
- Solutions-oriented mindset with a proactive approach
