About the role

As a Keyholder, you’ll support the store management team by performing daily store opening and closing operations while delivering an amazing shopping experience.

Responsibilities

• Partner with the management team to ensure the store achieves company objectives and KPI goals
• Set the example for The Torrid Connection through selling skills and customer service, fostering positive customer connections and loyalty
• Support the management team in implementing merchandise strategies and maintaining a clean, inviting store environment
• Perform register functions, using sales, promotion, and product knowledge to drive add-on sales
• Assume responsibility for all store operations as acting Manager on Duty when store management is absent
• Work a flexible schedule, including holidays, nights, and weekends

Requirements

• Previous specialty or apparel retail management experience, preferably in a similar role, with a proven ability to lead teams and drive sales
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a strong commitment to customer experience
• Flexibility and adaptability to changing retail and fashion trends, job duties, and work schedules
• Fashion-focused with awareness of current trends

Physical Requirements

• Able to stand and walk for extended periods during scheduled shifts
• Able to pack and unpack shipments, arrange and move store fixtures, and handle packages weighing up to 50 pounds
• Able to reach merchandise using ladders, step stools, merchandise retrieving poles, or shoe poles
