Responsibilities

• In partnership with the management team, ensure the store achieves company objectives and key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Set the example for The Torrid Connection through selling skills and customer service, ensuring the team provides a shopping experience that fosters positive customer connections and loyalty.
• Support the management team in implementing merchandise strategies while maintaining a clean, consistent, and inviting store environment that inspires customers to shop.
• Perform register functions using sales, promotion, and product knowledge to drive add-on sales.
• Assume responsibility for all store operations when the store management is absent as acting Manager on Duty.
• Work a flexible schedule, including holidays, nights, and weekends.

Requirements

• Previous specialty/apparel retail management experience, preferably in a similar role, with a proven track record of leading teams to success and achieving high sales performance.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment and create an amazing customer experience.
• Flexibility and adaptability to changing retail and fashion trends.
• Able to stand and walk around during scheduled hours, pack and unpack shipments, arrange and move store fixtures, and move packages weighing up to 50 pounds.
• Able to reach for merchandise using various tools such as ladders, step stools, merchandise retrieving poles, and shoe poles.

Pay

$17.90 - $21.26 per hour.
