Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the store management team to achieve company objectives and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Lead by example through excellent selling skills and customer service, ensuring the team delivers a memorable shopping experience.
- Assist in implementing merchandise strategies and maintaining a clean, inviting, and organized store environment.
- Operate the cash register, utilizing product knowledge to promote add-on sales and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Assume managerial responsibilities when the store manager is absent, including overseeing store operations and managing staff.
- Work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Requirements
- Proven experience in specialty/apparel retail management, particularly in a similar role.
- Strong leadership and sales skills, with the ability to motivate and lead a team effectively.
- Adaptability to changing retail environments and trends.
- Fashion-forward mindset and keen awareness of current fashion trends.
Physical Requirements
- Standing and walking throughout the day.
- Ability to lift and move merchandise, up to 50 pounds.
- Reach and retrieve merchandise using various tools and equipment.
