About the role

The Key Holder supports store leadership in daily operations and ensures a strong guest experience on the sales floor. This role acts as manager-on-duty when needed, supports team performance, and helps drive sales while maintaining brand and operational standards.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver a high-level guest experience through product knowledge and customization support
  • Actively sell on the floor and support the team in achieving daily sales goals
  • Drive KPIs including conversion, AOV, and units per transaction
  • Greet and engage every guest, introducing the brand and product offering
  • Handle guest concerns with professionalism and a solutions-oriented approach
  • Support visual merchandising and maintain store presentation standards
  • Restock inventory and maintain an organized sales floor
  • Assist with inventory tasks including receiving, processing, and stock management
  • Maintain a clean and organized back-of-house environment
  • Support clienteling efforts to build and maintain guest relationships
  • Assist with events, trunk shows, and community outreach initiatives
  • Provide direction and support to team members during shifts
  • Open and close the store and act as manager-on-duty in the absence of leadership

Requirements

Required:

  • Retail experience, preferably in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong passion for guest experience and sales
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Clear communication and ability to manage priorities
  • Solutions-oriented mindset with a proactive approach

Preferred:

  • Key attributes: Guest-first mindset with strong clienteling focus, driven to achieve sales goals and support team performance, understanding of KPIs including conversion, AOV, and productivity, strong sense of ownership and accountability, detail-oriented and highly organized, positive, collaborative team player, energetic and engaged on the sales floor

Qualifications

Required:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

Benefits

  • Compensation: Hourly rate: $19 – $22 per hour, 20–24 hours/week for part-time positions, 32–40 hours/week for full-time positions, schedule subject to change based on business needs and events
