What You'll Do

You’ll Make The Moment As a Cracker Barrel Retail Manager, you’re a leader who focuses on people and creating a welcoming place where guests find more than just great products, but also a memorable experience. You will oversee all aspects of retail operations from merchandising and inventory to driving sales and developing your team. Backed by the right tools and training, you’ll set the example and inspire your team to share the goodness of country hospitality.
