Retail Manager

About the role

The Retail Manager position supports either the service side of our stores or the backroom product flow function (production).

Responsibilities

• Supports the service side of Savers stores by ensuring customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.
• Manages the backroom product flow function (production) to ensure smooth inventory turnover and compliance with store policies.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• At least 2 years of retail experience preferred.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Qualifications

• Experience in a supervisory role preferred.
• Knowledge of retail operations and customer service principles.
• Understanding of inventory management and stock control systems.
• Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and evenings.
