About the role
The Retail Manager position supports either the service side of our stores or the backroom product flow function (production).
Responsibilities
- Supports the service side of Savers stores by ensuring customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.
- Manages the backroom product flow function (production) to ensure smooth inventory turnover and compliance with store policies.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- At least 2 years of retail experience preferred.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Qualifications
- Experience in a supervisory role preferred.
- Knowledge of retail operations and customer service principles.
- Understanding of inventory management and stock control systems.
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and evenings.
