Key Hourly Manager

About the role

Come be part of a unique opportunity as a Key Hourly Manager at D.H. Lescombes Winery and Bistro in Alamogordo, NM. The winery is the largest in New Mexico, a sixth‑generation French winemaking family with roots spanning three continents. The Key Hourly Manager will be outgoing, customer‑service driven, and have management experience, with a flexible schedule available weekdays and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Run shifts and take care of guests while coaching the team.
• Set an example with a positive attitude.
• Handle cash and maintain office security.
• Switch to serving on shifts as needed, receiving tipped minimum wage plus tips when not managing.
• Perform related duties as assigned by the General Manager.
• Maintain compliance with all company policies and procedures.

Requirements

• Average work week of 40‑45 hours, working a variety of shifts.
• Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and provide exemplary customer service.
• Ability to work independently and complete assignments within prescribed routines and standard practices.
• Physical ability to stand for long periods, lift and carry up to 50 lb, and talk, listen, and speak clearly on the telephone.
• Maintain regular, punctual attendance consistent with ADA, FMLA, and other federal, state, and local standards.
