Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Responsible for achieving shift labor budgets
- Be passionate about running shifts, taking care of our guests, coaching the team, and setting an example with a positive attitude
- Switch to serving on shifts as needed
- Perform related duties as assigned by the General Manager
Education and/or Work Experience Requirements
- Enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and is able to prioritize tasks while providing friendly, professional customer service
- Ability to work independently and to carry out assignments to completion within parameters of instructions given, prescribed routines, and standard accepted practices
Physical requirements
- Must be able to safely and successfully perform the essential job functions consistent with the ADA, FMLA, and other federal, state, and local standards
- Must be able to stand for a long period
- Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs
- Must be able to talk, listen, and speak clearly on the telephone
