Key Holder - Le Labo - Full Time - Seattle

We are looking for a dynamic and inspirational Key Holder to support the Store Manager and Assistant Manager in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the store. You will use your outstanding coaching and mentoring skills to lead by example, modeling behaviors that the sales team needs to demonstrate to provide inspirational, authentic, and personalized customer service while achieving all sales and customer service targets.

You will also use your retail and cash handling experience to perform essential start- and end-of-day cash reconciliation and will be responsible for opening and closing the store on a rotating basis.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example to model behaviors that drive inspirational, authentic, and personalized customer service.
• Coach and mentor sales team members to achieve sales and customer service targets.
• Perform start- and end-of-day cash reconciliation.
• Open and close the store on a rotating basis.

Requirements

• Proven retail experience, preferably within cosmetics.
• Ability to provide inspirational, authentic, and personalized customer service.
• Retail operations experience, including cash reconciliation and opening/closing the store (desirable).
• Previous supervisory experience, including coaching and mentoring others (desirable).
• Ability to work retail hours, including days, nights, weekends, and special events in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with retail point-of-sale software.
• Must be able to provide proof of right to live and work in the country.

Pay
