The Estée Lauder Companies Inc. is seeking a dynamic and inspirational Key Holder to support the Store Manager and Assistant Manager in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the Store. This role requires exceptional coaching and mentoring skills to lead by example and model the desired behaviors for the sales team.
Responsibilities
- Lead by example and model the behaviors required for providing inspirational, authentic, and personalized customer service.
- Coach and mentor the sales team to achieve all sales and customer service targets.
- Carry out essential start and end of day cash reconciliation.
- Open and close the store on a rota basis.
Qualifications
- Proven retail experience, preferably within cosmetics.
- The ability to provide inspirational, authentic, and personalized customer service.
- Previous retail operations experience including cash reconciliation and opening/closing the store (desirable).
- Previous supervisory experience including coaching/mentoring others to achieve sales and customer service targets (desirable).
- Ability to work retail hours including days, nights, weekends, and special events in a fast-paced work environment.
- Previous experience with retail point-of-sale software.

Pay
