Key Account Regional Distribution Leader (KAM RDL)

For our client, we are seeking a Key Account Regional Distribution Leader (KAM RDL) to join the team of a leader in the Business Services space. This role will support regional key account execution and help advance sales growth across multiple markets. The ideal candidate will strengthen strategic customer relationships, coordinate pricing and contract activity, and partner closely with internal teams to deliver on customer objectives. Success in this position will require a strong commercial mindset, the ability to analyze performance and profitability, and the skills to align business plans across functions and geographies. Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available Compensation: $113,752 – $139,031 annually Responsibilities Support National Key Account Managers in executing strategic business plans Drive sales growth and market share expansion across regions Build and strengthen relationships with key stakeholders Execute national agreements, contracts, and pricing programs Conduct business reviews to evaluate performance and align strategies Partner with cross-functional teams to support customer objectives Leverage analytics to drive business planning and profitability Qualifications Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution Two years of direct sales experience Current, valid Driver’s License Four years of experience in sales or key account management preferred Experience managing strategic customer relationships across multiple regions Strong business acumen in pricing and profitability analysis Proficiency with Salesforce.com and Microsoft Excel Benefits Company vehicle provided Remote work location Potential for travel up to 50% Relocation assistance may be authorized Our client is an equal opportunity employer.
