About the role

We are seeking a proactive and results-oriented Key Account Manager to join our growing team. The primary focus of this role is to expand our client base for Airtel money services, specifically targeting new merchants and business owners who can benefit from our digital payment solutions.

Responsibilities

• Manage existing accounts and re-activate dormant customers.
• Drive transaction growth through consistent engagement and relationship management.
• Spend a significant amount of time in the field conducting business visits and identifying new market opportunities within Mpanda Urban.
• Prepare regular performance reports and work diligently to meet or exceed company targets.
