Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue business opportunities within assigned retail and specialty AV channels.
- Cultivate and strengthen relationships with key partners to grow projector category sales and market share.
- Develop and execute targeted sales strategies to maximize product placement and revenue within retail channels.
- Proactively generate leads and pursue opportunities for product placement in retail outlets.
- Develop Strategic business plans for all accounts.
- Discuss and plan promotional strategy/budgeting and activities with the marketing department.
- Solicit ways of improving the way the business operates.
- Attend seminars, conferences, and events where appropriate.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience managing key accounts in retail for consumer electronics, preferably with projector, display, or AV category experience.
- Experience working with or for leading projector brands such as XGIMI, BenQ, Hisense, Sony, ViewSonic, or similar.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Social team player.
- Excellent skills in PowerPoint, Excel etc.
- Flexible and creative.
- Prepared to travel – 20% or less of the time, to regional client or retailer.
- Full social networking skill.
