What You'll Do
- Own and develop a portfolio of strategic enterprise customers across North America.
- Build long-term account strategies focused on customer success, expansion, and sustainable revenue growth.
- Identify new opportunities for software subscriptions, hardware deployments, and enterprise-wide rollouts.
- Build trusted relationships with executive sponsors, operational leaders, and key decision-makers.
- Partner with Channel Partners to maximize customer success and market opportunities.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales Engineering, Customer Success, Marketing, Product, and Operations to deliver exceptional customer outcomes.
- Lead commercial negotiations, renewals, executive business reviews, and strategic account planning.
- Maintain an accurate sales pipeline and forecast while consistently delivering against business objectives.
- Represent the voice of the customer internally and contribute to future product and business strategy.
