About the role
The Key Account Manager will develop and maintain relationships with major national and regional retailers/distributors. They will oversee accounts that generate a substantial portion of company sales and build long-lasting, valuable partnerships to drive growth.

Requirements
- Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or Sales. Minimum 3–5 years of experience in CPG or pet product industry sales calling on HQ and retail stores (pet industry experience a plus).
- Key Attributes: Flexible – able to pivot quickly. Team player. “All-in” mindset (no “not my job” mentality). Agile and proactive.
Qualifications

Benefits
- Competitive salary of $70,000–$100,000 depending on experience and background.
- Bonus potential (10–25%).

Pay
- $70,000 - $105,000/annum + PTO, Bonus
