Responsibilities
- Achieve and consistently exceed monthly pipeline and sales targets via account renewals and expansion
- Collaborate with Customer Success to identify white space opportunities, while developing and confidently presenting account plans to our senior leadership
- Work with the Growth and Marketing teams to identify and prioritize the best accounts for growth
- Consistently build and deliver an accurate pipeline via CRM, including clear and concise notes
- Help craft our sales playbooks
Requirements
- 3+ years of relevant account management experience
- 3+ years of SaaS sales cycle experience
- Excellent written, verbal and presentation skills
- Well organized with effective activity and time management skills
- Understanding of strategic account planning and identifying white space opportunities
- Experience with CRM and sales productivity tools like Outreach or SalesLoft
- Be a team player, you enjoy getting your hands dirty when needed
- You LOVE work as much as we do and can dedicate your life to this while it gets off the ground
