Key Account Manager
About the role
You will manage all sales and service activities for key health system accounts. Implement and monitor cost savings initiatives for key customers is part of your role, as well as to execute sales and service improvements outlined in the Scope of Work (SOW). Develop, track, and review KPIs with key account stakeholders. Leverage Linde resources to support SOW implementation. Build and maintain strong relationships across various roles, levels, and locations. Introduce new technologies and coordinate with the Linde Met Fab Team.
What Makes You Great
- You have a Bachelor’s degree preferred in Welding or a technical field; high school diploma required.
- Five to seven (5–7) years of outside sales experience in competitive B2B environments is preferred.
- Automotive manufacturing experience is a plus.
- You have strong commercial negotiation skills in industrial and / or medical markets.
- Proven accountability for driving and growing top-line sales revenue.
