Responsibilities
- Maintain the cleanliness and professional appearance of the hospital
- Maintain all patients in a clean and comfortable environment
- Aid veterinarians and technicians with treatment, medication and care of patients
Qualifications
- Experience working with animals desired
- Familiarity with animal handling procedures and best practices
- Enjoy working as part of a team
- Strong organizational skills
- Must be eager to learn new skills and receptive to coaching
- Able to multi-task
- Able to be on your feet for extended periods
- Able to lift 50 pounds comfortably
- Able to comfortably perform repetitive motions of the hands, arms and legs
