About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and creative individual to support Keely Bradley, Melbourne's ultimate sustainable fashion influencer and advocate for mindful consumption. This role involves assisting with content creation, social media management, and daily operations to help grow Keely's brand across Instagram (@K__EELZ) and TikTok (@K__EELZ), which collectively reach over 100K followers.

Responsibilities

• Assist in planning, creating, and scheduling daily outfit and beauty content for Instagram and TikTok.
• Engage with followers and manage community interactions to foster a supportive and creative audience.
• Support Keely in sourcing vintage and second-hand fashion pieces, as well as modern accessories to elevate looks.
• Help coordinate collaborations with brands, media outlets, and other influencers in the sustainable fashion space.
• Assist in managing Keely’s advocacy work for invisible disabilities, including content creation and outreach.
• Support the styling and organization of Keely’s maximalist home space, ensuring it aligns with her aesthetic and values.
• Handle administrative tasks, including responding to enquiries, managing schedules, and coordinating partnerships.

Requirements

• Passion for sustainable fashion, vintage styling, and mindful consumption.
• Strong understanding of Instagram and TikTok platforms, including trends, algorithms, and content strategies.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with an eye for engaging storytelling.
• Experience in social media management, content creation, or influencer support is highly desirable.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, creative environment.
• Sensitivity and awareness of disability advocacy and invisible illnesses is a plus.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive with strong time-management skills.
