About the role

Drive your career forward as a KBB BDC Representative at Castle Automotive Group. This role involves setting ICO appointments, coordinating with management, following CAG processes, updating data, searching opportunities, and working with teams to meet department and store goals.

Responsibilities

  • Set ICO appointments and coordinate with management
  • Confirm all ICO appointments daily
  • Follow CAG process and procedures for responding to leads
  • Manage task lists to ensure follow-up process is executed daily
  • Update KBB ICO data for executive management on Google Docs daily
  • Search opportunities on third-party sites like Craigslist, Facebook Marketplace, Autotrader, Cars.com, Cargurus, and more
  • Coordinate vehicle purchases/pickups with sellers and management or buy center reps
  • Actively participate in department meetings and training
  • Meet with manager regarding objectives, planned activities, reviews, and analysis

Requirements

  • Prior experience as a BDC Representative, Call Center Coordinator, or related position
  • Excellent teammate with collaborative attitude and eagerness to improve
  • Prompt and courteous demeanor
  • Positive and hardworking personality
  • Strong computer skills
  • Ability to work on occasional Saturdays
  • Valid driver’s license
